Familiarity

That feeling when something feels very familiar but unfamiliar at the same time.

Is it time, is it growth?

What it was is no longer what it is. What it will be will not be what it is or what it can be.

Time and difference, time and change, time and familiarity – all of which is not the same as any moment you once experienced.

All of which marks a moment, a memory – a distant one. One that feels familiar, but at the same time not.
